Five teenage girls came to Magnuson Lowell, complaining that they were victims of verbal and physical sexual harassment by their shift supervisor at a local fast food establishment. The law firm retained the services of a young female private investigator, who obtained a job at the same restaurant and, within a week-and-a-half, reported similar advances by the same supervisor. The firm was also able to obtain a photograph of the shift supervisor cupping the breast of the restaurant manager (suggesting that this sort of behavior was otherwise condoned). Magnuson Lowell was able to negotiate a substantial settlement for all five former employees.
