A local man was having problems with his neck and back, An MRI showed no structural spinal damage - so he began treating with a chiropractor. After a few sessions, the man was receiving an adjustment when he suddenly felt a 'crack.' He got off the table and took himself home. By the time he got home, he couldn't stand up. 911 was called - and he was transported to the hospital where an MRI disclosed a herniated disc.
The treating chiropractor denied responsibility; but Rick Lowell was able to negotiate a substantial six-figure settlement on the client's behalf ... making it readily apparent that the chiropractor's stated denial was baseless.
